Click on the report links for detailed descriptions, images, and video of what they are and how they work. First and foremost:

Favorites

  • Here, you can find all your most important reports. You can click 'Favorite' when viewing any report to add it to this list for easy access.

Putting all your favorite reports together is easy with Keep The Fees

  • Sales Summary Report
    View a high-level breakdown of total shop revenue, across both services and products, over a selected time range.

  • Payment Type Report
    See how much was paid via each method (cash, card, etc.) to help reconcile payments and track preferences.

  • Walk-ins Report
    Shows all checkouts not linked to an appointment, helping you measure spontaneous or untracked sales.

  • Tax Report
    Track all taxes collected by type and timeframe—ideal for end-of-month or quarterly filing.

  • Discounts Report
    Lists all discounts applied during checkouts so you can analyze promotion usage and effectiveness.

  • Artist Payout Report
    Summarizes each artist's cash, card, tips, and other earnings—making it easy to calculate and send payouts.

  • Artist Profitability Report
    Breaks down commissions vs. total sales to show which artists bring in the most net profit to the shop.

  • Check pull-thru from appointment request to actual appointments by artist

  • Track missed or canceled appointments by time period to monitor client reliability and identify patterns in no-shows and cancellations.

  • View a per-artist daily breakdown of deposits, bookings, earnings, and shop revenue to monitor trends in productivity and income over time.
