Anonymous Checkouts Report

This report lists all transactions that were not linked to a client profile. These typically occur when a checkout is completed without selecting or creating a client.

Why It Matters:

Anonymous checkouts make it harder to:

  • Track client history

  • Link revenue to individual clients

  • Follow up for marketing or rebooking

Key Columns:

  • Checkout ID – Linked to the individual transaction

  • Processed By – Which staff user completed the checkout

  • Artist – If available

  • Date – When the transaction occurred

  • Total Amount – Payment collected

  • Client – Will always show as “Anonymous”

You can go back and update the client and artist for the transaction if the checkout was done anonymously in error

Filters:

  • Date Range

  • Artist

💡 Tip:

Encourage front desk or staff to always select a client at checkout to ensure proper reporting, rebooking, and follow-up tracking.
