Anonymous Checkouts Report
This report lists all transactions that were not linked to a client profile. These typically occur when a checkout is completed without selecting or creating a client.
Why It Matters:
Anonymous checkouts make it harder to:
Track client history
Link revenue to individual clients
Follow up for marketing or rebooking
Key Columns:
Checkout ID – Linked to the individual transaction
Processed By – Which staff user completed the checkout
Artist – If available
Date – When the transaction occurred
Total Amount – Payment collected
Client – Will always show as “Anonymous”
You can go back and update the client and artist for the transaction if the checkout was done anonymously in error
Filters:
Date Range
Artist
💡 Tip:
Encourage front desk or staff to always select a client at checkout to ensure proper reporting, rebooking, and follow-up tracking.
