Time Clock Report

The Time Clock Report tracks staff hours and wage payouts based on clock-ins and clock-outs. This is essential for managing payroll, reviewing artist schedules, and ensuring labor compliance.

Report Columns

To see time punch-level data, view the data table as seen below. There are many columns, so scroll left to right to see them all or export to Excel format:

  • Name – The artist or employee who clocked in/out

  • Date – The date of the work session

  • Clock In / Clock Out – Logged shift start and end times

  • Wage – Hourly wage rate

  • Reg. Hours Worked / Paid – Regular hours worked and payout

  • OT Hourly Wage – Overtime rate if applicable

  • OT Hours Worked / Paid – Overtime logged and paid

  • Total Hours / Amount – Total hours worked and total amount earned

Group by name to see the total wage earned for the given period as seen in the video below

Use It To:

  • Confirm hours for payroll processing

  • Track labor costs by employee

  • Identify potential understaffing or overstaffing

  • Spot irregular hours or missed punches

  • Audit overtime usage and costs

Features

  • Date Filter – View clock data across any custom time range

  • Filter By Artist – Drill into individual artist time logs

  • OT Report Checkbox – Toggle to show only sessions with overtime

  • Edit – Manually update or correct clock-in/out entries if needed

  • Export – Download the full report as a CSV

  • Create – Add a manual entry if an artist forgot to clock in/out
