The Shop Dashboard shows you your shop's activity at a glance. You can view and filter appointments by status, artist, and/or date range, view today's transactions, see your most commonly purchased goods and services, and see your shop's revenue month over month.

Filtering Appointments

When managing your appointments, it can be helpful to filter them based on certain criteria. This allows you to quickly find the appointments you need and stay organized. We will go over the different ways you can filter your appointments below:

Filtering by Status

If you have a lot of appointments, it can be useful to filter them by their status. This allows you to see which appointments are confirmed, pending, or cancelled. To filter by status, see below options:

By filtering by status, you can easily see which appointments need your attention and which ones are already taken care of.

Filtering by Artist

If you have multiple artists at your shop, you may want to filter your appointments by artist. This allows you to see which appointments are assigned to each artist. To filter by artist, see below:

This can be helpful for managing your artists' schedules and ensuring they have a balanced workload.

Filtering by Date Range

Another way to filter your appointments is by date range. This allows you to see appointments within a specific time frame. To filter by date range:

This can be useful for planning ahead or looking back at past appointments. The default date range is today.

Cash/Card Payments

In addition to filtering appointments, you can also view your cash and card payments at a glance for the day. This allows you to quickly see how much revenue you have generated:

By keeping track of your payments, you can better manage your finances and track your shop's performance.

Shop Performance Chart

Lastly, you can view a shop performance chart that shows your revenue by month. This allows you to see how your shop is doing over time and identify any trends.

By regularly checking this chart, you can make informed decisions about your shop and track your progress:

Now that you know how to filter appointments and view your payments and shop performance, you can stay organized and on top of your business. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
