How to Link the Shop's Bank Account to Payroll

Connect your account to the payroll system using Plaid

Before linking a bank account, you'll need to be approved for payroll. Click here for steps to apply.

  1. Log in to your shop dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Payroll > Bank Accounts.

  3. Click Link new bank account.

  4. The Plaid integration will open. Search for and select your bank from the list.

  5. Enter your online banking credentials when prompted and complete any required authentication steps (such as MFA codes or security questions).

  6. Select the specific bank account you want to use for payroll payouts.

  7. Review the account details and click Continue.

  8. Once you see the “Success” message, the bank account is linked and will be listed under Payroll > Bank Accounts.

    In order to receive individual payments from the shop, each artist must link their own bank account to the payroll system.

    That's It! You are ready to configure payroll settings and issue payroll batches to your linked bank accounts.
