How to Link an Artist's Bank Account to Payroll

Connect your account to the payroll system using Plaid

Before linking a bank account, you'll need to be approved for payroll. Click here for steps to apply.

  1. Log in to your Artist Account.

  2. Click Payroll in the menu bar.

  3. Scroll down to the Linked Bank Accounts section.

  4. Click Link New Bank Account.

  5. The Plaid integration will open. Search for and select your bank from the list.

  6. Enter your online banking credentials when prompted and complete any required authentication steps (such as MFA codes or security questions).

  7. Select the specific checking or savings account you want payouts deposited into.

  8. Review the account details and click Continue.

  9. When you see the “Success” message, click Finish (or Finish without saving if that option appears).

  10. Your new account will now appear in the Linked Bank Accounts section.

    That's it! You are ready to receive payouts to your linked bank. Feel free to scroll down to the Payroll Notifications Settings to ensure you'll be notified of any activity.
