From the menu bar, go to Payroll → Dashboard.
Click Payroll Enrollment.
Click Start Enrollment.
Select Business Enrollment (for registered businesses, corporations, LLCs, and partnerships).
Enter the Legal Business Name (exact name of the LLC/corporation as registered).
Enter the Doing Business As (DBA) name if different from the legal name.
Enter your EIN (Employer Identification Number).
(Optional) Add a Social Security Number if desired; it is not required when an EIN is provided.
Select your Business Type (e.g., LLC, Corporation, Partnership, etc.).
Choose the Registration State.
Enter the Date of Incorporation/Formation.
Confirm or edit the pre-filled business information if necessary.
The "NAICS Code" field will pre-fill automatically. (For tattoo/piercing shops it will be 812)
Enter the full Business Address.
(Optional) Add your Business Website.
Click Next.
Add all business owners/members/partners who own 25% or more (or any controlling persons):
Enter their full name, role, ownership percentage, and personal details.
Select an ID type (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Green Card, etc.).
Input the complete ID number.
Click Add Member after each person.
Repeat step 17 for every additional owner or controlling person.
Click Next.
Review all information.
Click Save Application.
Click Submit Enrollment.
Wait approximately 15 minutes for approval.
If additional documentation is requested, return to the enrollment page, click Continue Enrollment, and upload the required files.
That's It! Once approved, your business entity will be fully enrolled in payroll and ready to receive 1099 payments. The next step is to link your shop's primary bank account.
