Impact: Shops can manage client texting inside the platform with operational controls for compliance, media handling, permissions, and staff workflow.

Summary: Added Waiting Room workflows for access/navigation, public join, board loading, empty states, summary tiles, filtering, appointment check-in, existing-client and new-client walk-ins, duplicate protection, consent indicators, status transitions, priority and artist assignment, queue ordering, client pinging, start/complete/checkout/schedule/remove actions, TV/sign mode, display/visibility settings, real-time updates, multi-location isolation, settings customization, mobile parity, permissions, and data integrity.

Impact: Front-desk and artist teams can manage walk-ins and appointment arrivals from a shared queue while preserving location scoping and workflow state.

Summary: Added an Artist Dashboard experience so artist users see their own performance, financial, appointment, and activity data instead of shop-level dashboard metrics.

Impact: Artists get role-appropriate visibility while managers and owners retain access to shop-wide reporting and artist-specific views.

Summary: Added artist-controlled profile management permissions so artists can choose whether the shop may manage their artist profile, while shops can continue maintaining license details needed for operations.

Impact: Artists keep control over self-managed profile details, and shops can still manage required artist/license records when needed.

Summary: Added support for unapplying deposits during checkout and restoring the applied deposit balance while preserving invoice state and ledger/audit history.

Impact: Staff can correct deposit application mistakes on partially paid checkouts without changing unrelated cash, card, or manual payments.

Summary: Corrected mobile calendar appointment creation so the create appointment flow defaults to the selected calendar date.

Impact: Mobile users can create appointments from Monthly Agenda without manually correcting an unexpected date.

Summary: Added inventory edit side panel / split-view editing and preserved the current inventory item screen while users switch locations.

Impact: Staff can edit inventory with less navigation friction and update item quantities across locations without reopening the item each time.

Summary: Added and refined the account setup wizard, including onboarding flow support, setup fields, dashboard entry points, and usability improvements across setup-related screens.

Impact: New shops have a clearer guided setup path before day-to-day usage.

Summary: Granted company managers full access to user and security group administration.

Store credit consumed after leaving payment screen: Fixed checkout behavior where applied store credit could be consumed and leave an invoice partially paid when the user left payment before completing checkout.

Deposit forfeit from client profile: Fixed forfeiting deposits created directly from a client profile without an attached appointment.

Deposit balance adjustment during appointment checkout: Fixed stale deposit prompts so asynchronously adjusted balances cannot be applied and drive client balances negative.

Draft deletion error detail: Improved the error shown when deleting a checkout draft with associated financial records.

Store credit unapply action: Added the missing ability to unapply store credit at checkout, aligning it with deposit handling.

Public deposit payment links missing RRN : Fixed public deposit payment links so payment reference data is saved correctly.

Signup captcha retry failure : Fixed signup behavior where completing captcha after an initial missed captcha attempt could still show "Bot verification failed" until page refresh.

Booking buffer enforcement : Fixed public booking so minimum booking notice and maximum booking advance are respected without relying on deprecated feature flag.

Public booking operating unit context : Fixed public booking submission failures caused by missing active operating unit context.

Public multiday booking failure : Fixed public multiday booking failures that surfaced as a generic "Oops! Something went wrong" message.

Public multiday booking artist payload : Fixed multiday booking submissions to send the expected artist collection payload so artist lookup succeeds.

Deposit multiday payment theme: Updated the /form/deposit-project payment screen so it no longer uses the old site theme.

Standard withdrawal action cleanup: Removed an unsupported Standard Withdrawal button that created confusion around withdrawal confirmation messaging.

Artist weekly withdrawal date edit access: Prevented artists from changing shop-controlled weekly payout dates.

Artist payroll settings consistency: Aligned payroll settings access paths so artist account payroll settings are consistent and payout date controls are not exposed incorrectly.

Google Calendar incoming sync display: Fixed incoming Google Calendar synced events that displayed incorrectly.

Google Calendar synced event details : Restored key Google Calendar sync behavior from legacy, including visible event titles and notes/details needed to identify and convert synced events.

Google Calendar incoming sync conversion: Fixed broken conversion from incoming Google synced events to appointments and restored artist name visibility on synced calendar events.

Mobile appointment reschedule refresh: Fixed mobile calendar refresh after rescheduling an appointment.

Artist location count: Fixed the artists page location count so artists assigned to multiple locations show the correct total.

Client profile gender update: Fixed the Update Client Profile action so gender changes are saved.
