New Features

  • Keep The Fees is now compatible with barcode scanners! You can add barcodes to existing inventory items by scanning the barcode while having the SKU field selected on the product page.

  • At checkout, when you scan a barcode and it exists in your inventory, it will automatically add that item to checkout.

  • Artists can now access Checkout, Client Profiles, and Completed Consent Forms

    • Commission field pre-fills if the artist adds a service or product they receive a commission on

    • Artists can view Client Profiles.

      • Artists can view all Client Profiles but only transaction info in the client profiles pertaining to them.

    • Artists can now view their customers' Completed Consent Forms from a tab on the Client Profile.

  • Shop Owners have full control over Artists being able to void / refund their payments. This is configurable by the under the Artist Commissions tab on the Edit Artist screen (Yes/No permission as to whether each artist can perform refunds and void transactions).

Shop owners and floor managers can now forfeit a customer's deposit if they cancel or no-show.

  • Shop Owners can choose what percentage of the forfeited deposit to pay the artist. This is configurable on the Edit Artist screen -> Commission Settings -> Deposit Forfeiture Percentage.

  • When the appointment is marked as 'Canceled' or 'No Show', you'll be prompted to forfeit the deposit, which is your choice. If you choose not to, you can still forfeit the deposit later by navigating to Manage Appointment -> Deposit -> Forfeit

  • Shop Owners can set artists commission profiles to have a "Deposit Forfeiture %" field

  • Shops can forfeit a deposit and the artist will receive the % from their Deposit Forfeiture % field

  • Artist Dashboard payouts screen reflects the forfeited deposits

  • Artist Payouts screen on the Shop Owner login reflects the forfeited deposits in their own category

Misc. Upgrades

  • Upgraded Server Infrastructure for faster load times across the platform.

  • Service images have been added to the appointment booking form.

Bug Fixes

  • When users select to pay with Cash on a Dejavoo terminal, the artist or floor manager will get a popup letting them know that the client chose to pay with cash.

  • Updating an appointment won’t send a “time has been updated” text to the client & artist when the time hasn’t been updated.

  • Deleting appointment request forms as the shop owner was fixed, previously only artists could delete them.
