  • Added the ability to delete & restore artists

    • The deleted artists get moved to a link on the Your Artists screen called “Deleted Artists”

  • Added the ability to delete permission groups

  • Added SMS receipts for refund transactions with Dejavoo and Valor

  • Users can now add notes to each line item on checkout

    • Users can add or change notes at checkout and afterward, on the Recent Transactions page.

  • Service Durations can be made in intervals of 5 minutes now (was 10 minutes before)

  • "Artist" permission group is automatically selected when creating a new artist now

    • This only gives the artists the ability to view the calendar with their appointments and their own artist payouts.

  • Low inventory reminders set at 0 no longer send email notifications every time the product is sold once it hits 0 stock.

UI Updates:

  • Added more space between custom consent form questions

  • Artist calendar color legend is now hidden on Artist accounts

  • Updated the UI of the checkout page to look better on smaller screens & iPads

Bug Fixes:

  • ValorPay refunds and void transactions were not completed due to an issue with Valor’s API. They have resolved the issue and we have updated our code to comply.

  • Consent forms were able to be submitted without completing required fields due to a bug in the form validation. This has been resolved.

  • The online scheduling UI was not showing unavailable/blackout dates as unavailable. The online booking UI was updated to show artist unavailable/blackout dates on online appt scheduling

  • Some appointments did not have the deposits marked as paid if the deposit was paid via a ValorPay terminal.

  • Fixed Dejavoo invoice pages & deposits showing a "you don't have permission" error that was preventing the user from paying invoices and deposits online.

  • Checkout page would fail if the user removed "0" from the "Tip" field and left it empty (null).

  • The completed consent form page would show the wrong service because it was loading the service from the consent form instead of the appointment.

  • Fixed an issue where the tip would get counted twice in the UI for manual card entry ValorPay payments.

  • Updated the Shop Statistics page to include the tip paid to artists in the "Paid to Artists" field.

  • Artists getting a "you don't have permission to view this" when viewing their own appointments via the SMS link. This was due to them not being first signed up as an artist in the system.

  • Fixed low inventory reminder emails going out to the wrong shop.
