How to Add Categories

Access the Categories Section

  • Log into your Keep The Fees account.

  • In the left sidebar, click Catalog.

  • Click Categories.

  • Click the Create button.

Create a New Category

  1. Enter the Category Title (e.g., “Tattoo Services”, “Piercing Services”, “Aftercare”, or “Merchandise”).

  2. Click Create.

Repeat the steps above to add categories as needed.

Edit a Category

  • Double-click the category name, or

  • Click the pencil icon next to the category.

General and Operational Settings

  1. Set the Minimum Age Requirement (e.g., 16 for Tattoo Services).

  2. Add services and/or products to this category.

  3. Once services or products are added, you can apply settings across multiple items at once.


Best Practices

  • Create categories before adding your services and products — this makes organization much easier later.

  • Use clear, logical category names that reflect how you group your offerings (Tattoo Services, Piercing Services, Aftercare, etc.).

  • Use categories to quickly apply minimum age rules or other settings to groups of services.

  • You can edit categories anytime to add or remove services and products.
