Access the Aftercare Forms Section
Log into your Keep The Fees account.
In the left sidebar, click Forms.
Click Aftercare.
Click the Create Form button.
Basic Form Information
Enter the Form Title (e.g., “Tattoo Aftercare”, “Piercing Aftercare”, or “Color Tattoo Aftercare”).
Assign Services
Click Services and select the services this aftercare form applies to (e.g., “Tattoo” and “Tattoo Walk-in”). You can assign the same form to multiple services if needed.
Upload Aftercare Document
Click to upload your aftercare file. Supported formats include:
PDF (recommended)
Microsoft Word Document (.docx)
JPEG
PNG
Design your aftercare instructions in Microsoft Word, Photoshop, Procreate, or any design software, then export them in one of the supported formats.
Automatic Sending (optional)
Enable Automatically send after service rendered. This will automatically email the aftercare instructions to the client once the service is completed (highly recommended).
Click Create Form.
After Creating the Form
A confirmation window will appear. Click OK.
The form will now appear in your Aftercare list.
From the list you can:
Send the aftercare form manually to a client.
Download the file.
Delete the form.
Edit the form (click the edit button to add or remove assigned services).
Best Practices
Create separate aftercare forms for different service types (tattoos vs. piercings).
Always assign the correct services so the right aftercare is linked to each appointment.
Keep the Automatically send after service rendered option turned on for better client experience.
Use clear, descriptive titles so you can easily identify each aftercare form.
You can create as many aftercare forms as needed for all the services your shop offers.
