Access the Products Catalog
Log into your Keep The Fees account.
In the left sidebar, click Catalog.
Click Products.
Upload an Image (Optional)
Click the image/thumbnail area to upload a photo.
Crop the image if needed.
Click Done Cropping.
Enter Product Details
Enter the Item Name (e.g., “Gift Card” or “Hustle Butter 1oz”).
Enter the Retail Price (selling price).
For gift cards, enter a default amount (price can be changed at checkout).
Enter the Wholesale Price (your cost per unit – recommended for profit tracking).
Select a Category (e.g., Gift Cards, Aftercare, Supplies).
Additional Product Settings
Is For Sale (to allow the product to be found at checkout).
Enable Charge Tax on Sale (if the product should be taxed).
(Optional) Enter SKU Code.
(Optional) Enter Supplier SKU.
(Optional) Enter the Supplier name.
(Optional) Paste the Restock URL for quick reordering.
Enter Current Stock quantity.
Set Low Stock Alert (example: 10 – the system will notify you when stock reaches this level).
Save and Favorite
Click Add Gift Card or Add Product.
Mass Upload Multiple Products (CSV Import)
Download the Import Template
On the Products page, click Advanced CSV Import.
Click Download Import Template.
Fill Out the Template
Open the downloaded file in Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers.
Do not change the column headers.
Fill in the rows with your product information using these columns:
Name
Price (retail price)
Wholesale Price
Charge Taxes (type true or false)
SKU Code
Low Stock Alert
Supplier
Restock Link
For Sale (type true or false)
Category
Current Stock
Supplier SKU (optional)
Export and Import the File
Save/export the file as a CSV.
Return to KeepTheFees and go to Advanced CSV Import.
Upload the CSV file.
Confirm the import when prompted.
The products will be added to your catalog in bulk.
Best Practices
Click the star icon to favorite the product so it appears at the bottom of the checkout screen for quick access.
Always enter accurate wholesale prices to take advantage of profit reports.
Use clear category names to keep your inventory organized.
Set realistic low stock alerts to avoid running out of popular items.
For gift cards, use a default price since the actual amount can be adjusted at checkout.
