Features
Find an Opening
Select an artist and service and you can easily see when their next available is without going through the calendar.
Works great with a packed schedule - no need to navigate through the off days and personal appointments or do math to see when there's an open time slot for the duration of the appointment.
It'll pull the artist's availability including unavailable dates, imported appointments from google calendar, and other appointments in the KTF system. Then, it simply displays the dates and times available for that service duration.
You can select the artist and service then modify the service duration if you'd like. You'll see the available dates and times and you can go week by week until you find a slot that works for you and your client.
When you find a slot, click on it then hit Schedule and you'll be good to go!
Pay your artists up-front commissions on deposits

Set commission rates for your artists under Your Artists -> Edit Artists -> Commission Settings (see screenshot below).
Deposit Commission: The percentage of the deposit that gets added to the Artist Payout report for the artist.
Pay Deposit On Collection: Indicates whether the commission for the deposit gets added to the Artist Payout report at the time the deposit is collected.
Deposit Payment Type: Indicates whether the artist is paid commission on the Deposit Commission percentage listed above or based on the commission percentage they receive on that service.

Choose how soon your customers can book with you. Don't want your clients booking within 48 hours of right now? You can set up your buffer time to be immediate or out as long as you'd like.
Closed books for a rolling 90 days?
Set your booking buffer to 90 days and clients will only be able to book you more than 90 days out.
You can also add a max date for the booking link. If you want to make sure that your clients book before the end of the month, set the Booking End date to the last day of the month.

UI Updates
Calendar memory
When users navigate to a future or past appointment then return to the calendar, it will be on the date range of the appointment they were viewing instead of returning to 'today' and losing your place
Here's what that looks like:
Other UI Updates:
Added deposits as line items to checkout receipts
Added deposit line item to appointment deposit invoices
Added a link to the appointment for request forms in the inbox that have an associated appointment
Bugs
The Grand Total column excluded tips on the Artist Payout CSV export (but not in the system report)
Deposit forfeiture percentage was not saving for the artist
Card/cash payment mismatch on the shop dashboard has been resolved (was showing the wrong number of card/cash transactions)
Some appointment notifications (such as appointment changes) were going out to clients on appointments that were already paid for and closed out. removed that from happening.
