This release has lots of new features, user interface improvements, and bug fixes.
Auto-Approval of Services Booked Online
Don't need the client-shop/artist back and forth for a flash piece, piercing, or consultation? Now you can choose which services get auto-approved when they're booked the your customers online.
To enable this feature for a particular service, simply check off the "Auto-Approve Online Bookings" option on the Edit Service page as seen below:
Send Aftercare and Consent Forms from Client Profile
We understand the importance of aftercare for your clients, which is why we have added the ability to send aftercare forms directly from the Client Profile. While you can set the aftercare forms to automatically send to your clients when they pay, you can now also manually send aftercare instructions to your client's email. You can also send consent forms to your client by email and/or SMS. See below:
Export Inventory List to CSV
Managing your inventory is an important aspect of running a successful business. Our platform allows you to easily export your inventory to a CSV file, making it easier to keep track of your products and supplies. See below:
Customize Aftercare Email Notification to Client
In addition to being able to send aftercare forms from the client profile, you can also customize the aftercare email notification that is sent to your clients. This allows you to personalize the message and provide any additional information or instructions for aftercare. Here's how:
Click-to-Convert Imported Time Blocks to Appointments
When you use the Keep The Fees Calendar Sync with Google Calendar, you can have your Google appointments imported as time blocks so clients don't book on your busy time. Our platform makes it easy to convert these imported time blocks into appointments with our click-to-convert feature. This works the same way for both shop login and artist login, allowing you to quickly and easily turn imported time blocks into appointments while keeping your info you added on your Google appointment.

Option to Hide Internal Fields on Consent Form from Client
We understand that some information on your consent forms may be for internal use only. That's why we have added the option to hide internal fields from your clients. This allows you to keep sensitive information private. Here's how to configure those fields:
Thanks for checking out the major features in this release. We also have updated our database to make all dates and times time-zone aware, which will open up many features such as to-the-minute custom notifications and much more.
UI Updates
We've made some user interface improvements in this release:
Added search query memory throughout the system
This means that when you filter a list such as recent transactions then click on a transaction then hit back, the recent transactions list will remain filtered.
Added dollar sign icons to price fields on inventory page
Improved load speed of commission items under edit artist screen
Process all commission items in parallel
Add pagination to commission profile items
Add 'Favorite' column to service and product pages to make it easier to mark Favorites.
Add backlink from viewing a transaction when coming from Recent Transactions
On Recent Transaction page, users can now search transactions by artist nickname
Added image cropper to the edit inventory page.
Added column sorting to completed consent forms page
Added column sorting to Recent transactions page

Updated field labels under Shop Information for clarity
Updated client booking notifications texts to use the 12 hour time format instead of 24 hr format (4:00pm instead of 16:00)
Bugs
Here are the bugs we found and resolved:
Grey "open hours" indicator on the calendar not using shop's open hours
The greyed out section on each day of the calendar now reflects the shop hours from the shop login. From the artist login, it reflects the artist's hours.
Editing a deposit transaction was briefly resetting the price to $0, resulting in report discrepancies.
Voiding a transaction was failing if no phone number to send a receipt to is specified.
Shop Hours are now saving correctly.
Artists were able to be booked before availability for the day begins (by 30 minutes).
Phone numbers with hyphens in them sometimes did not receive SMS notifications.
Updated help text on Completed Consent Form page.
Deleting appointment while logged in as an artist redirected the user to the shop dashboard. It now redirects to the Artist dashboard.
Artists were being duplicated on line items if changing the service from the artist dashboard resulting in some artist payout report discrepancies.
Weekly recurring unavailable dates did not extend past the current month on the client booking calendar page.
Error when refunding cash payment has been resolved.
