Custom Notifications
Create your own shop's customer experience with customizable client notifications! With our platform, you have the ability to customize your SMS and email client notifications. You can write your own or disable any or all of them. Choose unlimited characters for your emails and up to 280 characters for your SMS notifications, allowing you to provide let your clients know what to expect and make sure they're prepared for their appointment.
To update your notification and customize your customer experience: From the Shop Login or Shop Manager login (with the related permissions), navigate to Shop Information from the left-hand sidebar then select Notifications -> Edit and enter your own text! You can use custom merge fields related to the appointment as seen in the video below:
If you fall out of love with your new notification content, you can revert it back to the original by clicking the Revert to default button as seen in the screenshot below:
If you want to skip this notification to the client, just click Disable Notification as seen in the screenshot above.
