We've recently released mobile apps for Apple iOS and Android! These apps are full-featured mobile apps with all features from the website. They'll work on mobile phones and tablets for both artist, shop manager, and shop owner logins.

Since our app release, we've been busy bees adding new features and fixing bugs. Here's what we've been up to:

Features

  • Forms have gotten some touchups:

    • We've ⚑️ supercharged ⚑️ the form upload speed to ensure a great user experience for your shop's customers when submitting both consent forms and appointment request forms

    • You can now add conditional questions on forms. Based on your customer's response to different questions, you can show, hide, require, or un-require different fields on your forms - you're in control!

    • We improved the customer-facing form submission user experience with quicker form submissions and informing your customer on the screen when files are being uploaded, making it clear that it's processing and not frozen.

    • Upon request, we can customize the look and feel of your customer-facing forms to match your website so when you embed the forms on your site, they're snappy and fitted like a rubber glove.

Contact us through the chat to get set up with customer-facing forms that match your shop's website style!

  • Appointments have gotten some enhancements too!

    • Your customer will now get a calendar invite via text so they can add the appointment to their calendar, reducing no-shows and improving the customer experience at your shop πŸ“ˆπŸ“ˆπŸ“ˆ

    • Webhooks - you can now select from event triggers from within the system to trigger actions in other systems. This means that you can send your own custom emails, add an entry to Quickbooks, add a customer to a mailing list in your marketing platform, or anything else using a middleware like Zapier or Make.com. Here's a quickstart guide to Zapier

    • Below is the list of the different events that you can use to kick off these custom workflows:

Contact us via the support chat for assistance with webhooks, we'd love to help make your workflow automation dreams come true!

  • Other great features added are:

    • The physical cash drawers now open when cash payment is refunded

    • Sales tax report is now exportable to CSV/Excel

    • Added client contact info to the email the shop gets on completed appt requests

    • Artists can now choose a Google calendar to sync their KTF appointments to instead of the KTF system creating a Keep The Fees sub calendar on their Google account. This is especially helpful for when the artist shares their Google calendar with the shop Google calendar.

Bug Fixes

  • Many usability and bug fixes on the app from our initial beta release. Thank you to all who helped test and provided feedback on the app!
