Our new Kiosk Mode allows Artists to use the same shop computer but still maintain their own permissions

This feature is especially useful for shops with multiple users using a single shop computer. It eliminates the need to log in and out of different accounts manually. Instead, it allows you to enter a pin code to access your own login. Shop owners/ managers can toggle this setting.

When Kiosk Mode is enabled, all authorized users who have a Kiosk Code set can access the system by typing in their Kiosk Code. This works for both Shop Owner logins, Shop Manager logins, and Artist logins.

How to Login as an Artist From Kiosk Mode

Once Kiosk Mode is activated, artists can login by entering their Kiosk Code as shown in the video below:

Artists can login using their Kiosk Code

Artist Kiosk Codes work great on the Kiosk Mode login screen, but Shop Kiosk Codes do not. To return to the Shop Login, click logout and enter your Shop Kiosk Code as seen below:

How to Set Artist Kiosk Codes from the Shop Login

As the shop owner, you can set each artist's Kiosk Code under the Edit Artist screen as below:

How to Set Artist Kiosk Codes from the Artist Login

Artists can also change their Kiosk Code from their Artist Login under Settings -> Account Settings -> Change Kiosk Code

The artist will then be prompted to enter their current password for security, enter a new code, and confirm it:

Artist clicks/taps Update and the Kiosk Code has been changed!

How to set the Shop Kiosk Code

Update your Shop Kiosk code like so above

Setting the Time Out Period

Under Shop Information -> General Info tab, you can set your time-out period for kiosk mode. This will automatically log users out after a given period of time for security purposes. See below for where you can update this:
