How to Transfer Deposits Between Appointments
Shops and artists may want to transfer deposits from one deposit to another for numerous reasons, especially to keep a deposit on file for projects that take multiple appointments.
When you click Transfer, the screen that pops up will list all of the available deposits for your client's appointments that haven't been checked out.
You can "push" a deposit from an appointment that has a deposit to an appointment that doesn't have a deposit.
You can also "pull" a deposit from an appointment that does have a deposit from one that does not.

You can also use the search feature to transfer a deposit to or from any appointment. This feature exists to account for any potential duplicate client profiles or family profiles where you might want to transfer a deposit.
