Shorten the URL using a free tool like Bitly, which preserves the full destination and avoids external truncation.

  1. Sign up for a free Bitly account:
Go to bitly.com and create a free account (no credit card required). The free plan allows up to 5 shortened links per month.

  2. Log in and start creating a new shortened link:
After signing in, click Create new (or the equivalent option to shorten a link).

  3. Paste your full KTF booking or request link:
Copy the original URL (your specific booking link or request form link from KeepTheFees). Paste it into the provided field on the Bitly page.

  4. Create the shortened link:
Click Create link (or the equivalent button).

  5. Copy and use the shortened link:
Bitly will generate a short link (e.g., bit.ly/abc123). Copy this shortened version. Test it in a browser to confirm it redirects correctly to your original booking/request form.

  6. Share the shortened link via social media:
Use the bit.ly link when sending through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, DMs, or other platforms. This should now direct clients to the correct specific page instead of the KTF homepage.

That's it! The link should work reliably moving forward without external platforms removing URL parameters.
